Since 2016, I have been tutoring the Chinese language for both adults and children. I offer Chinese lessons tailored for various purposes such as business, travel, and HSK exam preparation. Additionally, I have experience teaching math to international students from primary school to high school levels, using English as the medium of instruction. I design my lessons according to the specific needs and interests of each student. If necessary, I can provide exercises for practice at home as well as supplementary notes for the lesson.

I have been giving chinese lessons for more than 10 years. Before that, I was a radio broadcaster and a journalist in China, hence I have a perfect pronunciation of the official mandarin, without any accent. It provides my students the best conditions to learn chinese, as the tone you give to words when you speak chinese as a foreigner is of great importance if you want to be understood by natives. I have a strong working experience helping students preparing their HSK exam, I also often teach diplomats, to help them acquire the necessary skills and understand properly the vocabulary specific to their job. I also love to work with kids, as I was a mandarin teacher for 2 years in an international school in Singapore. I give them a playful learning environment and use fun learning methods, so even the youngest can stay focused!

I am from Taiwan, Formosa where Mandarin Chinese is an official language using traditional Chinese words. I learned Chinese as a foreign language at the National Taiwan University, an institution where they do the practice and research of Chinese as a foreign language very deeply, which gives training to Taiwanese students who want to be a Chinese language teacher at school. foreigners as well as foreign students who want to learn the Chinese language in a short time in a very effective way. My teaching style is always warm, lively and dynamic.
