Geige oder Bratsche lernen für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene - mit Freude und Verstand. Im Unterricht erlernen wir grundlegende und/oder erweiterte Techniken, spielen nach Gehör und lernen, mit musikalischem Text umzugehen, klatschen, singen und spielen zusammen, sprechen über individuelle Probleme und Perspektiven und diskutieren über Musik. Das Ziel ist das eigene Kreativität kennenzulernen und dabei professionelle Fähigkeiten zu erwerben. Mit AnfängerInnen können wir gerne Noten lernen, improvisieren und zusammen komponieren. Für Fortgeschrittene und professionelle MusikerInnen biete ich einen Kurs für erweiterte moderne Techniken an, sowie Hilfe im standarten und zeitgenössischen Repertoire. Ich beschäftige mich mit Musik von mehreren Stilen, von klassische bis zum Folks; im Focus steht aber Ihre Wahl und Interesse.

Ich bin in Basel lebende Bratschistin.
Ich studierte in Köln (Deutschland), wo ich mit freundlicher Unterstützung des Deutschen Akademischen Austausch Diensts (DAAD) meinen Master Diplom bekam. 2019 - 2021 unterrichtete ich bei der 'Music Box' Musikschule in Köln und spielte als feste Aushilfe bei den Düsseldorfer Symphonikern

Zur Zeit entwickele ich meine Kenntnisse im Bereich Neuer Musik an der Musikakademie Basel.

My name is Anastasia and I am a viola player.
I received my first musical educationand a Bachelor degree in St. Petersburg (Russia). After that, I moved to Colonge (Germany) where I continued my study at the High School of Music and Dance with the kind support of DAAD Foundation (German Academic Exchange Service) and received my Master diploma in musical performance. 2019 - 2021 I worked for a private music school in Colonge and played in the Symphony Orchestra of Düsseldorf under the buttons of many world-famous conductors

Currently, I am improving my skills in contemporary music at the Musikakademie in Basel.

I finished my Bachelor in the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussels and I am doing a Master Performance in Basel. I give violin lessons to people or children who want to start and to improve their level, always enjoying the process! I can also give music theory lessons: learn how to read scores, solfegio or basic harmony, and the lessons should be in English, Spanish or French.
I really enjoy giving lessons, and I know how to keep the children focus on what they are doing. The large experience in masterclasses I have taken along different countries around Europe makes me able to understand the problems of the children with the instrument and how to solve them in a logical and pleasant way.

I like to start from the point of the student, observe his/her abailities and focus a lot on how the body itself can help to develop a good connection with the instrument, in order to create a fluid interraction between the person and the music. For this I try to use my knwoledges of the Alexander Technique. It is important that the position of the instrument is compatible with the body of the student. Furthermore, I like to approach a diverse repertoire from the early baroque period and make the student discover the history of the music in its context. Learning by heart, memorize melodies is also a part of my pedagogy.

After my studies of modern violin in France, I studied in Schola Cantorum Basiliensis and got two Masters in baroque and romantic violin. I have also a degree as Solfège teacher. I am taking Alexander Technique lessons and use it in my own practice and pedagogy.

In my career, my life is frozen, my Lust, my Motivation, and my Ratschläge, my life is erroneous. Even though the settings are individual and personal, the programs are different.

Since I have been teaching violin and music, not a day has gone by without me saying to myself that motivation and pleasure are the greatest drivers of learning. This is why I always favor a relaxed and work-friendly atmosphere during my classes. Technique is of course of great importance to me.

I am a professional violin teacher and orchestra musician based in Basel, Switzerland. I graduated from two masters in Basel in Performance and pedagogy and work now as a teacher and freelance musician in symphonic orchestras.
