I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the nimbs. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.

VBA is a tool which is easily within People's reach and can take productivity, accuracy to levels beyond imagination. When data and complexity of projects are not very huge to get into fancy IT applications, VBA comes into picture to get things done efficiently with satisfactory results. Some of the projects (VBA based) that I have personally undertaken in the past include Building financial and deal models to simulate best/worst case scenarios, Automated Legal contract generation with appropriate wordings and clauses based on specific inputs, Outlook/Mail automation to handle data through attachments or within body of mail, automated market analysis or financial analysis, data consolidation etc... Based on the level, the training is designed to help and understand VBA and Macros and the power of building custom modules. To reinforce what is taught, there will be a few hands on sessions with a problem statement or example data/files.

This acting course is focusing on screen acting whether you are new to acting or you are an experienced actor who wants to focus more on screen acting. About the teacher: YORGO is a Belgian, Greek and Italian film director, writer, producer, actor and creator of the Award Winning LGBTQI+ short film Trigger. Yorgo started his artistic journey at 14 years old acting in theatres in Belgium where he was born. Aspiring for an international career, he moved to London in 2014 and joined the cast of the Immersive project The Den created by the BAFTA-winning director Gbemisola Ikumelo. Following that, he starred in several short films and features ( Remi Milligan: Lost Director, The Adopters, Amazon Prime Naanum Single Thaan). His passion for filmmaking started in 2020 when he wrote scenes for his own acting showreel. Lacking of authentic on screen representation and a desire of using his voice to raise awareness about a past traumatic event, he created the short film Trigger which was nominated in British and International LGBTQI+ festivals and won the award of Best International Short Film at the Fuse International Film Festival in Kingston ( UK/2022). The film is distributed worldwide by Gonella Productions and is available on Amazon Prime UK & US as part of These Untold Secrets. Recently, his short docuseries Well Proud directed and produced for Metro Charity (UK) was nominated for Best Community Short Film at the BAFTA Qualifying Iris Prize Film Festival in Cardiff (UK/2023). In the past 2 years, Yorgo has directed and co-produced 3 narrative short films and a short docu series and he is currently in development of his first feature film.

My instructional approach is centered on guiding learners from basics and foundational concepts to an advanced level of mastery.

Have you bought a new camera and you don't know where to start? Do you want to take the next step and start editing your photos, cropping them, making collages or albums and learn some basics of graphic design? Do you want to finally take a breath and start exploring your surroundings with your camera? It is never too early or too late to feed your creativity. The classes provide the basics of photography, post-production using the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Indesign) and also basics of layout to make small printouts and editions. We will follow a structure to enable the development of a personal project, but also tailor the class to your specific needs and be open to detours. The course can also include outdoor activities and photo-walks. The lessons are suited for people of all ages with basic or without any knowledge in photography or digital post-production.
