Art Classes – You will learn the technical skills to draw, sketch and paint using different methods and styles.

I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

Dans mon cours de dessin, vous passerez d'abord par le dessin d'observation, c'est à dire l'art de voir avant de dessiner car sans observation pas de dessin, puis vous passerez à l'étape suivante de l’expression de soi, de votre propre point de vue par des projets personnels sur des thèmes imposés ou libres, à décider ensemble. J'ai une Licence d'Arts Appliqués à l’Académie Bugeant à Poitiers. (1983), 35 ans de direction artistique dans la communication et 40 ans de dessin non-stop. J'enseigne à l'ECV creative Shools à Nantes depuis 7 ans, chez Brassart depuis 5 ans, chez Efet du groupe Eductive, et chez ISG Luxury depuis 2 ans. Je donne des cours de "rough", une méthode de dessin, de design et de création publicitaire sur papier, avant le passage à l'ordinateur. (Du dessin pur et du dessin typographique ). J'ai une grande habitude de l'échange et du soutien personnalisé de chaque étudiant dans ces écoles. Je peux vous aider pour appréhender et créer via la suite Adobe (Photoshop, illustrator et indesign) que je pratique depuis 25 ans.

Based on long-term experience among all audiences and in-depth knowledge of traditional or modern tools, I like to bring together all these areas to experience Art in its beautiful part of creation. My course is focused on the desires for expression and research formulated by the students. Nothing pleases me more than allowing you to access what attracts you most in the narrative image (comics, illustration, Concept Art). We will address together both character issues (anatomy, stylization, etc.) and settings (perspective, landscapes, etc.). I put the desire of my students at the heart of the learning process.

This course is aimed at those wishing to improve or discover the disciplines of traditional and/or digital drawing. I am in my third year at HEAJ in the computer graphics category and am studying precisely the areas that I teach. Namely drawing in general and the use of the Adobe suite (including Illustrator and Photoshop, the most widespread digital drawing software). To establish your program, tell me what you want to work on and I will write your lessons accordingly. The first lesson will be used to see your level. Hello, Let me introduce myself, Marylène, professional storyboarder, graduated in animation cinema. I offer serious drawing lessons adapted to the level of the student, from the beginner to the young professional through the animation student. During the first lesson, we will talk about the student's expectations and set the artistic objectives by defining a personalized program.
